THE SCIENCE BEHIND THE STRENGTH
HOW INDUROPRO WORKS
InduroPro is a two-part ceramicized epoxy protective coating that bonds directly to metal and painted surfaces, forming a hard-shell clear coat in a single application. Unlike standard paint or spray-on ceramic coatings, InduroPro delivers abrasion-resistant, impact-resistant corrosion prevention for heavy equipment — from skid steers and excavators to tractors, boom lifts, and rental fleet machinery. No primer or topcoat needed.
surface preparation
Power wash the surface, or degrease if necessary. On bare metal, clean with xylol xylene. On painted surfaces, use denatured alcohol. Adheres to bare metal, existing paint, primer, and powder coat. No sandblasting required.
APPLICATION
Mix Part A and Part B. Apply with a foam roller, brush, or HVLP spray gun. Single coat application — no primer, no topcoat. 25–40 min working time. Apply between 50°F–95°F. Ensure surface temperature is 8°F above dew point.
DRY & CURE TIME
Tack-free in 4–6 hours. Full mechanical hardness in 24 hours at 70°F. Equipment can return to light service after 24 hours. Full chemical resistance develops at complete cure.
COVERAGE RATES
17 oz Full Kit covers 100–135 sq ft on painted surfaces, 65–85 sq ft on bare metal. Use the Coverage Calculator to size your kit.
chemical resistance
Withstands diesel fuel, hydraulic oil, phosphoric acid, muriatic acid, ammonium fertilizers, calcium chloride road brine, and UV radiation.
5-YEAR PROTECTION
Minimum 5-year guarantee against rust prevention, corrosion, and UV degradation under normal operating conditions. Built for farm equipment, construction machinery, industrial fleets, and rental equipment in the harshest field environments.
coverage options for every machine
InduroPro kits are designed to scale with your equipment—whether you’re protecting small touchpoints or entire fleets. From hose fittings to full-body coverage, our chart below helps you choose the right kit size for your application and budget.
