When applied and registered correctly, InduroPro ceramicized epoxy is backed by a minimum 5-year guarantee against UV degradation, rust, corrosion, and coating failure. This is what standing behind your product looks like.
Your Guarantee Protects Against This
Coating Delamination
If InduroPro delaminates, peels, or separates from the surface within 5 years under normal operating conditions, your guarantee covers it.
Product Failure
If the InduroPro product itself fails to perform as described under normal operating conditions within the guarantee period, your guarantee covers it.
Exclusions & Limitations
Mechanical Abrasion
Physical damage caused by mechanical abrasion — grinding, scraping, impact, or other mechanical forces that physically remove the coating — is not covered under this guarantee.
Unregistered Applications
Guarantee is only valid for applications registered within 30 days of the install date. Unregistered applications are not covered regardless of install date.
Improper Surface Prep
Failure resulting from improper surface preparation — including surfaces not wiped down with acetone prior to application — voids the guarantee.
Pre-Existing Damage
Rust, corrosion, or surface damage present at the time of application that was not properly treated prior to coating is not covered.
Register Within 30 Days of Your Install
⚠ Registration must be completed within 30 days of application date to activate your guarantee.To activate your InduroPro guarantee, complete your warranty registration online. You'll need your equipment details, application date, and photos and/or video documentation of the install.
Register Your Warranty →- 01 Complete your InduroPro application using acetone-prepped surfaces.
- 02 Take photos and/or video of all coated surfaces immediately after application.
- 03 Submit your warranty registration form online within 30 days, including your equipment details and media uploads.
- 04 Receive your registration confirmation. Your 5-year guarantee is now active.
How to File a Warranty Claim
If you believe your coating has failed under covered conditions, submit a warranty claim with photos of the affected area. Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days.
Approved warranty claims are resolved with a touch-up kit at 50% off retail — enough to re-coat the affected area. If your claim requires more than a touch-up kit, our team will be in touch to discuss next steps.
