    UV FADE REVERSAL

InduroPro sealed the pores of heavily oxidized paint on both machines, restoring deep gloss and color clarity that UV exposure had stripped away over years of outdoor use.

  • 02

    SHOWROOM FINISH OVER FADED PAINT

Without stripping or repainting, InduroPro brought both the JLG 400S and JCB 510-56 back to a high-gloss finish — applied directly over existing decals and weathered surfaces.

    FUTURE FADE PREVENTION

The ceramicized epoxy barrier now locks in color and surface integrity, blocking UV from reaching the paint and preventing the oxidation and chalking from returning.

    SINGLE-DAY PROOF OF CONCEPT

From powerwash to final coat, the InduroPro team completed both machines in one day — demonstrating what a professional application delivers on real-world rental fleet equipment.

PROOF OF CONCEPT ON A NATIONAL BRAND'S FLEET

SUNBELT RENTALS GAVE INDUROPRO TWO OF THEIR WORST MACHINES. HERE'S WHAT HAPPENED.

Sunbelt Rentals is one of the largest equipment rental companies in North America, operating a fleet of thousands of machines across hundreds of locations. When the InduroPro team arrived at their Pompano Beach, Florida branch to conduct a live demo, Sunbelt didn't hand over their best-looking equipment. They chose two machines that represented a real-world challenge — a JLG 400S boom lift and a JCB 510-56 telehandler, both showing years of heavy UV exposure, surface oxidation, and chalking across their painted shells.

That was exactly the point. A proof-of-concept demo means nothing on a machine that already looks good. On these two units, the fading was visible, the oxidation was set in, and the paint had lost the gloss and depth it carried when new. The InduroPro team powerwashed both machines, wiped all worn painted surfaces with acetone, and applied one 8.5oz kit of InduroPro ceramicized epoxy to the complete shell of each unit — excluding the tops. The result was a high-gloss, showroom-level finish restored in a single day, over the existing paint, over the existing decals, without a single drop of new paint.

FADED PAINT DOESN'T NEED TO BE REPAINTED

INDUROPRO SEALS THE PRES AND BRINGS THE GLOSS AND COLOR BACK

UV fading doesn't remove paint — it breaks down the surface layer, opening the pores of the finish and causing oxidation and chalking to set in. Most operators assume that means repaint. InduroPro proves otherwise. Applied over properly prepped faded paint, the ceramicized epoxy penetrates and seals those open pores, restoring color depth and locking in a high-gloss finish.

On both the JLG 400S and JCB 510-56, the mid-application split is visible in photos — one half coated, one half untreated — showing exactly what InduroPro does to oxidized paint in real time. The contrast is immediate. The coated side carries restored gloss and clarity. The untreated side shows the full extent of what years of Florida sun does to unprotected rental equipment.

ONE DAY. TWO MACHINES. ZERO NEW PAINT

APPLIED OVER DECALS, FADED PAINT, & OXIDATION

The InduroPro team applied one 8.5oz kit per machine to the painted shell of both the JLG 400S boom lift and JCB 510-56 telehandler — excluding the tops. InduroPro bonds directly to painted surfaces without priming or repainting, and goes right over existing decals without lifting or distorting them. For fleet operators managing large inventories of aging equipment, that means restored appearance and UV protection across an entire machine without the cost or downtime of a full repaint.

WHY RENTAL FLEETS FADE FASTER

UV OXIDATION ON HEAVY EQUIPMENT AND WHY PAINT ALONE CAN'T KEEP UP

Equipment in high-UV environments like South Florida doesn't just fade — it oxidizes. The sun breaks down the molecular structure of the paint's surface layer, leaving a chalky, porous finish that no longer protects the substrate beneath it. Standard paint has no UV-blocking chemistry built in beyond its initial cure. Once the surface layer is compromised, fading accelerates, and what started as a cosmetic issue becomes a surface integrity problem that invites moisture, corrosion, and further degradation.

For national rental fleets like Sunbelt Rentals, that degradation cycle is a constant operational challenge. Equipment that looks worn signals poor maintenance to customers, drives down perceived fleet value, and eventually requires expensive full repaints or early rotation out of service. InduroPro's ceramicized epoxy coating applies directly over faded, oxidized paint — sealing the surface, restoring gloss, and forming a UV-blocking barrier that prevents the oxidation cycle from restarting. No stripping. No priming. No repainting. One application, applied by a trained installer in a single day, delivers results that paint alone never could.

BUILT FOR FLEET SCALE

INDUROPRO AS A FLEET PROTECTION AND APPEARANCE MANAGEMENT STRATEGY

For equipment rental companies, construction fleets, and ag operators managing multiple machines, appearance and surface integrity are directly tied to asset value. A machine that looks new holds its value longer, commands customer confidence, and stays in active rotation instead of being cycled out early due to cosmetic condition. InduroPro's ceramicized epoxy coating is purpose-built for this reality — a semi-permanent, low-maintenance solution that protects painted surfaces from UV degradation, oxidation, abrasion, and environmental exposure across an entire fleet.

The Sunbelt Rentals demo in Pompano Beach, Florida demonstrated exactly what InduroPro delivers at fleet scale — two heavily faded machines restored to high-gloss finish in a single day, using one 8.5oz kit per machine, applied by the InduroPro team over existing paint and decals with no surface removal required. For fleet managers looking to extend repaint cycles, protect equipment value, and maintain a professional appearance across their inventory, InduroPro is not a detail product. It is a fleet protection strategy.
